The pizza baking stone can be used in electrical ovens, charcoal kettles, gas BBQs. This 10mm thick baking stone can withstand temperatures of 300°C.
The pizza stone comes with a practical chrome plated wire holder. With this holder you can easily place and remove the stone on the BBQ. The stone is made from durable, heat-resistant cordierite, which draws the moisture out of the dough. The result: a delicious and crispy pizza!
In addition to baking pizzas, you can also bake delicious bread, focaccia or croissants on this pizza stone.
The Pizza Stone fits CADAC’s E-Braai, Citi Chef 40, Carri Chef & Grillo Chef range of gas BBQs.

TIP: Simply clean the pizza stone with a cloth and do not use detergent and water as the pizza stones are very porous.
The difference between a "normal" CADAC Pizza Stone and a CADAC Pizza Stone Pro is the aluminum heat spreader. This distributor ensures that the Pizza Stone Pro heats up well over the entire surface. The Pizza Stone Pro comes with a handy storage bag.
Both cooking surfaces are divided into 2 parts. The BBQ Plancha consists of half a BBQ grid and half a baking plate (plancha). The Grill2Braai has half a grill plate and half a baking plate. The half BBQ grid has holes for the removal of fat when grilling. The half grill plate does not have these.
