The 25cm round baking stone, with a thickness of 12mm, is suitable for use in electrical ovens, charcoal kettles and gas BBQs, and can withstand temperatures of up to 300°C. It is the ideal pizza-baking companion for the CADAC I DOMETIC Safari Chef range of gas appliances.
The stone is made from durable, heat-resistant cordierite, which draws the moisture out of the dough, resulting in a delicious and crispy pizza. In addition to baking pizzas, you can also bake delicious breads, focaccia or croissants on this pizza stone.

TIP: A light sprinkling of flour over the pizza stone helps prevent the pizza from sticking during the cooking process. Simply clean the pizza stone with a cloth. Do not use soapy water as the pizza stone is very porous.
