Pizza Stone for the Van Cook FFD – For Perfect Crispy Pizzas and More

This pizza stone is ideal for the Van Cook FFD, but can also be used on other gas and electric barbecues, as well as in electric ovens. The 10 mm thick stone features a built-in heat distributor for optimal oven-style performance and can withstand temperatures of up to 300ºC. Made from durable, heat-resistant cordierite, the stone draws moisture from the dough, resulting in a deliciously crispy pizza base every time. And it’s not just for pizza—use it to bake bread, focaccia, croissants, and more.

TIP: lightly sprinkle flour over the top of the pizza stone to help prevent the pizza from sticking. After use, simply wipe the pizza stone clean with a dry cloth. Avoid the use of soapy water, as the stone is highly porous.
