We deliver to almost all EU countries. If you create an account, the ordering process is the easiest.
Unfortunately we do not ship to the United Kingdom & Ireland. For these countries please visit www.cadacuk.com.

Delivery rates

For all EU countries: Orders with a minimum value of 25 euros are shipped free of charge. For orders with a total value <25 euros we charge € 6.95 administration and shipping fee. 

Delivery time

For lead times check our delivery schedule. When your parcel has been collected by our carrier, you will receive a Track & Trace code, so you can track your parcel.

France, Spain, Italy, Poland	Ordered before 14.00, delivery within 3 business days
Austria	Ordered before 14.00, delivery within 4 business days
Other EU countries	Ordered before 17.00, delivery within 3 to 5 business days

Note: for spare parts please add 3 to 5 additional days.

 

Partial deliveries

If you ordered several products on our website, they may be delivered in 2 different batches. It may take a couple of days before you receive the full order. You will receive a tracking code per package.
