When you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days. The product has to be unopened and in its original packaging. 
You will receive a refund withing 3 working days after we received your goods.

NOTE: in order to send us a return, you need to have an account / create an account on our website. This will also enable you to follow the status of your return. 

 

Replacements

Do you want to replace a product? Please return the original product and place a new order.

 

Costs of return

Return costs are for your own account, unless you have received an incorrect delivery through CADAC.
