If you purchased a Dual Power Pak (from certain production batches) with article number 346-10-EF / 346-10-DE between June 2025 and March 2026, we kindly ask you to return it to us. Below you can find details of the batches concerned. Under very specific circumstances, the cap of the pressure regulator may become detached, which could result in a gas leak. To prevent this, we are replacing the affected Dual Power Paks.
Dear Customer,
We would like to inform you of a recall concerning Dual Power Paks from 2025 that were sold between June 2025 and March 2026. Although these products were manufactured in accordance with the applicable technical standards and safety and quality requirements, we have identified that, under certain circumstances, the Dual Power Paks may not function properly. There is a risk of an accident that could result in serious injury to users of the product and bystanders. We have therefore decided to take immediate action and recall all affected products so that we can replace them. Once replaced, the product can be used safely again.
How can you identify the affected Dual Power Paks?
If you purchased a Dual Power Pak between June 2025 and March 2026, please check the following:

Does your Dual Power Pak have a blue control knob and is the production year 2025 printed on the hose? If so, please check the serial number on the pressure regulator of your Dual Power Pak.

You can find the serial number of your Dual Power Pak on the cap of the pressure regulator.

Do you have a Dual Power Pak from one of the affected batches?
You can return the product to us free of charge. To do so, we ask you to register your return. Once we have received your shipment, we will send you a new product. Of course, there will be no costs to you for this either.
Here’s how to register your return:

- Follow the steps on the website to register your return. You will then be able to track the status of your return easily.
- Please note! After registration, you will receive an RMA number. Please email this number to us, together with a photo of the serial number on your pressure regulator, to: [email protected]
- You will receive a return label from us, which allows you to send the product back free of charge.
As soon as we receive your product, our expert team will replace your Dual Power Pak as quickly as possible. This recall is our highest priority. However, please allow up to 15 business days for your new Dual Power Pak to be dispatched. We understand that this may cause inconvenience and sincerely apologise for this. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation and will do our utmost to assist you as efficiently as possible.
