How do I perform a leak test?

When you connect a hose to your bbq, we recommend to perform a leak test. Always do this outdoors! Prepare a mixture of water (1 part) and detergent (1 part) and spread it on the gas connection. Then turn the gas on. When bubbles appear on the connection, there's a gas leak. You must reconnect the hose. Always close the gas supply of the cylinder/cartridge before you close the gas supply of your barbecue. If the bubbles appear again in a second test, please contact your CADAC dealer.
