This durable baking stone, with a thickness of 1cm, is designed with the CADAC Meridian in mind and can withstand temperatures up to 500°C. 

Suitable for use in electrical ovens as well as charcoal kettles and gas barbecues (not for gas ovens), the Pizza Stone is perfect for baking pita breads, focaccias, pizzas etc.

It fits the standard module of the CADAC Meridian Range grids.

TIP: A light sprinkling of flour over the pizza stone helps prevent the pizza from sticking during the cooking process. Simply clean the pizza stone with a cloth. Do not use soapy water as the pizza stone is very porous.
