Ingredients

  • 4 sirloin steaks
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 2 tbs red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of rozemary
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • Rocket salad:
  • 1 little bag of rocket salad
  • ½ tray of tomatoes
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Stilton cheese butter:
  • 60 g of crumbled Stilton cheese
  • 3 tbs soft dairy butter
  • 1 tbs fresh chives
  • pepper

  2. Make a marinade of the olive oil, red wine vinegar, cloved garlic, oregano, rozemary and pepper. Place the sirloin steaks in the marinade mix and let it marinate for 30 minutes. In the meantime, mix the crumbled blue cheese with the soft butter, chopped chives and pepper. Put aside.
  3. Preheat the barbecue to 200 ° C. Remove the sirloin steaks from the marinade. Grill the sirloin steaks around to the desired core temperature (we aim for 50 ° C). Let them rest under aluminum foil.
  4. Halve the tomatoes and mix them in the rocket salad. Season with olive oil, salt and pepper. Cut the sirloin steaks into slices. Serve with the Stilton cheese butter and the rocket salad.
