- 8-10 chicken portions on bone, preferably thighs and drumsticks
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons tomato sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Recommended CADAC cooking surface : Chef pan or Paella pan and dome
Clean and pat-dry the chicken pieces. Rub with salt and coarsely ground pepper. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise and tomato sauce and mix well. Coat each piece of chicken evenly with the mixture. Place chicken pieces over a medium heated surface. Cover with lid and bake until the chicken is cooked. It should take approximately 12-15 minutes.
