- 200g self-rising flour
- 50g caster sugar
- 250ml milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Streaky bacon
- Maple syrup
- Sift the flour in to a large bowl and add the sugar, eggs and milk and whisk until smooth. Rub the tapas dishes with a little oil to help with cooking, then heat the BBQ with the BBQ Grill Plate and add the tapas dishes.
- After a few minutes or once hot, add the mix and cook the pancakes in batches for a few minutes each, flipping half way through cooking. While the pancakes are cooking add the bacon to the BBQ Grill and brush with a little maple syrup, grill until starting to crisp then turn over and brush the other side with the maple syrup.
- Cook to your liking then remove and serve on a stack of the pancakes with drizzled syrup.
