CADAC barbecues are well-known for their high quality and durability. We offer a 2 years (limited) guarantee for our camping barbecues and 5 years (limited) guarantee for most patio products. Check your manual for the warranty period of your BBQ. During this period you can claim guarantee. During the order process you can indicate if you want to claim guarantee. We ask you to send your proof of purchase to [email protected]. Let us know the failure and our Service department will take your request into account.
Free of charge
When your barbecue is damaged (while used in the correct way) within the period of guarantee, we will repair it free of charge or send you the required spare part.
Please note: Make sure your BBQ is sent in as clean a condition as possible. This supports a smooth and careful handling of the repair.
Point of purchase
You can also bring your barbecue back to the point of purchase. The shop personnel can take a look at the product help you further.
