Stir fried garlic shrimps


  • 400 g shrimps

  • Olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • ½ bunch of parsley

  1. Clean the mushrooms, remove the stems and cut them in half. Chop the garlic and parsley fine.
  2. Set up the barbecue for direct grilling and preheat to 200 ° C. Heat the olive oil in a pan on the barbecue.
  3. Fry the garlic in the oil for about a minute. Add the shrimps and the mushrooms. Season with the paprika, salt and pepper. Cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Pour lemon juice over the shrimp mix. Finally, add the parsley and stir through.
  5. Place in a large bowl and serve immediately.
