Salmon wraps from the BBQ


  • 4 wraps
  • 4 tbsp crème fraîche (sour cream)
  • 200g smoked salmon, cut in pieces
  • 1 red onion, in half rings
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1 lemon
  • Arugula (rocket), on the side

  1. Extra required: Pizza stone
  2. Heat the pizza stone on the barbecue.
  3. Spread the crème fraîche over the wraps. Divide the pieces of salmon over wraps and divide the onions and capers around it. Drizzle with lemon juice. Heat the wraps for 5 to 10 minutes on the pizza stone, with the lid on the barbecue.
  4. Serve the wraps with a pinch of arugula.
  5. Tip: Never immerse the pizza stone in water, but wipe it clean with a damp cloth.
