Vacancy Finance & Administration Expert

The sub-segment 'Mobile Cooking' (MCK) has recently been established within the Dometic Standalone segment. It is a rename of the company CADAC, acquired in January 2022, and is responsible for the development, marketing and sales of mobile BBQs and related accessories. The Mobile Cooking products are mainly sold in the EMEA region.

This position is with the Mobile Cooking team in Duiven (close to the German border). You will find a close-knit team of almost 30 members in an open and informal working environment. The teams in the UK, South Africa and China complete the total Mobile Cooking team of approximately 50 people.

We are looking for a Finance & Administration Expert

Your main responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for accounting, business planning, forecasting, control and management reporting
  • Analysis of financial data
  • Preparation of financial statements (incl. balance sheets, profit and loss accounts and cash flow statements)
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
  • Monitor expenditures and deviations from budget amounts
  • Make recommendations for cost optimization and resource allocation
  • Identify and assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate these risks

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor/Master degree and experience in finance, controlling, accounting, IFRS and Operations
  • Experience working in an international company (preferably retail)
  • Microsoft knowledge (mainly Excel) and SAP (ERP) experience
  • Good level of Dutch and English
  • Competence in administrative tasks, accounting and controlling
