The Citi Chef 40 FS is a trendy and versatile barbecue. This gas barbecue on legs is available in 2 colors: black and Flint Grey. Just like the other Citi Chef barbecues, the Citi Chef 40 FS is a real eye-catcher on your terrace, balcony or in the garden. The legs are made of durable wood from the rubber tree.
The Citi Chef 40 FS is easy to clean thanks to the removable enamelled fat pan. This fat pan is dishwasher safe.
The black side tables with hanging hooks can easily be removed for compact storage. The condiment tray offers space for the gas supply, e.g. the Trio Power Pak or the Dual Power Pak.
The Citi Chef 40 FS comes with a pot stand, a BBQ grid and a dome with thermometer. The GreenGrill BBQ grid has a ceramic coating for healthier coaking. Due to the integrated heat diffuser your grid will be evenly heated over the entire surface and give optimal grill results.
The Citi Chef 40 FS can also be used with many optional accessories, such as a paella pan, pizza stone or BBQ Plancha for endless cooking options.
With a warranty period of 5 years, you are assured of many years of braai pleasure!

The E-Braai and the Citi Chef 40 are table top models. There are no separate bases or legs available. They are best placed on a table. Looking for an E-Braai on legs? Then the E-Braai FS is an option for you. It can be used both as a table model and with wooden legs.
No, unfortunately these wooden legs are only suitable for use with the Citi Chef 40 FS. It’s not suited to place a Citi Chef 40 or E-Braai on it.

Our cooking tops have a non-stick ceramic coating, making them easy to clean. Our portable barbecues & Citi Chefs have an enameled fat pan that can easily be removed and washed. Cleaning has never been this simple; just use a sponge and some water with detergent.

The burner box of CADAC Meridian barbecues have clean and smooth inside surfaces made from enamel coated steel or coated aluminium.The removable fat tray collects cooking residues. After grilling, you can easily remove the tray from the front of the barbecue for cleaning.

GreenGrill
Most of our cooking surfaces are supplied with a ‘CADAC GreenGrill coating’. This ceramic coating is made from organic materials and doesn’t contain any toxic substances.
The CADAC GreenGrill is much more durable and harder than normal non-stick coating. It resists higher temperatures, divides the heat better and holds this heat, so less gas is used while grilling.
Cooking tops are very easy to clean with some water and detergent.
